Juliana Caro Pachon is originally from Bogota-Colombia. She moved to the US to pursue her education and play collegiate soccer. Juliana earned a BBA with dual majors in Corporate Finance and Business Management, a minor in Accounting and a MBA in Analytical Efficiency. Her professional experience includes roles in accounting and wealth management. She also gained valuable business and presentation skills through DECA where she placed top 3 at the Michigan State competition for 2 years in a row. At PracticeCFO she acts as the primary point of contact between clients, CFOs, and internal teams - coordinating meetings, capturing insights, and supporting strategic planning.
Outside of work, Juliana enjoys playing soccer, traveling the world, baking, and playing the guitar. A fun fact: she collects license plates from every State/Country she visits.
